The contest is open to all nationalities who are 12–16 years of age. Students from the countries organizing their own finals should contact the partner institutions.

The “Colors of Voices ” song contest application deadline is February 1, 2024. To be considered for the contest, you must complete the application form, upload your video by the deadline.

Application to the contest is made through the completion of an online application form that includes the submission of a downloadable audition video link.

There is no fee required for entry in the Colors of Voices Song Contest.

Winner of the previous Grand Final CAN NOT reapply. 

​Yes, you may reapply one more time provided you meet all other eligibility requirements. Each applicant may apply two times maximum.

You may select the same song for your audition. However, you are required to record a new video at the time of your application.

IFLC jury will evaluate the applications based on the announced criteria and notify the candidates about the results.

There is no limit and we can receive as many as possible from each country. However, only one applicant can make it to the Grand Final from each country. Since this is an international contest, some partner organizations organize their own Country Finals and they nominate their respective finalists. The IFLC jury will nominate 12 finalists to the Grand Final.

A. You will receive a confirmation email after you submit your application form.
B. Grand Finalists will be notified by phone and followed up with via the email address provided in your application on March 22, 2024. All winners will also be announced on the official winners list posted on our website and social media platforms. Applicants who have not been awarded but who qualify to be a part of our YouTube projects will also be notified of their status via email. Applicants who have not been awarded and are not eligible for YouTube projects will not receive a notification.

Yes. Schools receive a certificate for them to display that includes the names of the winners.

An IFLC alumnus/a is anyone who has been named a “Colors of Voices” finalists since 2003. This includes every IFLC student participants.

IFLC alumni have a strong presence in their artistic communities and serve as leaders and creative thinkers as global citizens.

The alumni community is here to help provide individual support for each alumnus/a to reach their full potential in their careers. We foster the community as a whole, bringing together alumni from different participation years and encourage networking and collaboration.

IFLC is always looking for new and different ways to maintain relationships with our alumni by integrating them into our regional and international events.
